This is a glow-in-the-dark (presumably) can badge from the Blue Archive Taobao headset collaboration. It has been stored unopened for a long time. The dark shading in the eyes is presumed to be glow-in-the-dark. (Never used, and the translation of the product description is poor, so I'm not sure. I bought it thinking it was glow-in-the-dark though). The size is not small, about three finger lengths. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
